You will receive an email with very detailed instructions (Don't forget to check your spam)
Take the test at www.zoom.com/test before your appointment time.
Click on the link of your meeting in zoom (You can find this link in the email we previously sent you) Try doing this 5 minutes before your appointment. It is very important to be on time.
Verify that audio is turned on during the video call. This is done by clicking on the screen, and looking for the microphone icon.
